Did the Supreme Court Just Tip Its Hand For a Friday Drop of Roe v. Wade Decision?

by Michael Snyder

SCOTUS Roe v Wade

Will the Supreme Court officially overturn Roe v. Wade by the end of this week?  Back in May, a draft opinion that indicated that the Supreme Court was going to overturn Roe v. Wade got leaked to the public, and there have been endless protests since that time.  Pro-abortion activists have been trying to get the justices to change course, because a draft opinion is definitely not a final opinion.  They were hoping that one or more justices would flip before the ruling is official.

If that wasn’t in the cards, many of them were hoping that Chief Justice John Roberts would decide to join the majority and assign the opinion to himself.  Needless to say, an opinion written by Roberts would look far different from an opinion written by Samuel Alito.  There is so much that could be going on behind the scenes, and we just won’t know what to think until the final opinion is unveiled.

Could we be right on the verge of that happening?

Normally, the Supreme Court does not issue opinions on Friday.  However, if you go to the official website of the Supreme Court you will notice that this upcoming Friday has now been designated as a day when opinions will be issued.

This change was just made, and it has many speculating that this will be the day when the decision that overturns Roe v. Wade will finally be made official.

In Washington, announcements that are intended to fly under the radar are often made on Friday.  Of course there is no way that a Supreme Court decision that overturns Roe v. Wade could fly under the radar, but officials may be hoping that timing the announcement just before the weekend will help to reduce the intensity of any immediate protests a little bit.

Personally, I don’t see that happening.

But at least the justices may have enough time to get out of town for the weekend before the streets around the Supreme Court building go absolutely bonkers.

Senator Ted Cruz is very much looking forward to having Roe v. Wade overturned, but he is warning that there will be “organized riots”…

“We’re gonna see the Left lose their minds. We’re gonna see, sadly, organized riots. I fear we’re going to see organized violence. We’re deliberately going to see violence used as a tool of political terrorism by the Left.”

I very much concur with Senator Cruz.

“Nations, states, and central banks are quietly but rapidly shifting their money to precious metals. With bank runs, recession, CBDCs, and worse on the horizon, it’s easy to see why. NOW is the time to learn more about moving portions of your retirement or wealth to a self-directed gold and silver IRA through an America-First, Christian precious metals company.” – JD Rucker (not a financial advisor, just a guy who’s paying attention)

Once the radicals on the left realize that any hope of altering the decision is gone, they are going to throw a massive temper tantrum.

In one of his recent articles, Dr. Michael Brown warned that “it’s going to get very ugly on the streets of America”…

You don’t need to be a rocket scientist or a prophet to know that, in the aftermath of Roe v. Wade, it’s going to get very ugly on the streets of America.

As I tweeted, “The overturning of Roe v. Wade is revealing the real spirit behind abortion. It is murderous, violent, angry, and full of venom and hate. The attacks on churches and pro-life clinics are par for the course. Abortion has become a pseudo-religious rite; it was never a moral right.”

Of course we have already seen pro-abortion activists commit quite a few acts of violence, and I have discussed some of these in previous articles.

In certain cases, pro-life organizations have actually been firebombed, and a militant group known as “Jane’s Revenge” has taken responsibility for several of those attacks.

Gold Banking Collapse

And now it is being reported that law enforcement officials are deeply concerned about new threats that the group is making…

Several branches of law enforcement are monitoring the activity of a radical abortion rights organization, Jane’s Revenge, which has promised violence against anti-abortion groups following an imminent decision from the Supreme Court regarding Roe v. Wade.

The militant group has already carried out acts of vandalism and firebombings against churches and crisis pregnancy centers, or CPCs, that try to dissuade women from seeking abortions and provide anti-abortion counseling to pregnant women, as well as provide some medical services, such as sonograms. Jane’s Revenge has issued public communiques detailing its plans to target CPCs that “impersonate healthcare providers in order to harm the vulnerable.”

And apparently Jane’s Revenge has been posting flyers around D.C. that are calling for a “night of rage” once the Supreme Court decision becomes official.

Many Americans will greatly celebrate when Roe v. Wade is overturned, and rightly so.

It will definitely be a major move in the right direction for our country.

“YouTube sucks. It’s not just the censorship. Okay, it’s just the censorship. Thankfully, my Rumble channel is really growing fast. Please subscribe today!” — JD Rucker

But the truth is that the battle over abortion is just beginning.  After Roe v. Wade is overturned, each state will get to make their own laws regarding abortion, and at this point the vast majority of the population wants abortion to remain legal.

I wish that was not true, but it is true.

And the younger that you are, the more likely you are to be pro-abortion.

There are millions upon millions of young adults in America that are unashamedly pro-abortion even though they openly acknowledge that abortion kills children.  You can see a perfect example of what I am talking about in this video.

Overturning Roe v. Wade is not going to solve this problem.

It is in the hearts and minds of our young people where the battle will be won or lost.

If we stay on the path that we are currently on, there is no future for our country.

In the coming weeks, we are going to have a national debate about abortion like we have never had before.

There will be lots of protests, and unfortunately there will be lots of violence.

We are going to get to see exactly how this nation feels about abortion, and the whole world will be watching.

Consider this: Overturning Roe v Wade (which is more restrictive than you think) will take life choices away from women, and, in some cases will lead to their murder from domestic violence. A simple procedure done in the first trimester before the “quickening” may stop the birth of a mistreated, abused soon to be mass murderer or the ability of a violent domestic partner to control an a woman to the point of brutal submission. Remember Lisa Steinberg and Hedda Nusbaum?.
Or if Roe v Wade was actually followed, not Doe v Bolton or Plannned Parenthood v Casey, 2nd and 3rd trimester abortions could be severely curtailed so that Planned Parenthood could be kept from making money off of body parts. 3rd trimester abortions are still extremely dangerous for the woman having the baby. Desperate women will keep trying to have abortions with or without Roe v Wade.
Overturning Roe v Wade will help the cause of those who want cheaper adaptions but isn’t that “human trafficking”? What is the morality of that?
Just because the founding fathers didn’t think of women’s reproductive rights back in 1783 doesn’t mean they aren’t worthy of discussing and protecting.
Perhaps to some these may be random thoughts but the States have to consider that neither their constituents or the founding fathers were not religiously locked into a certain mind set.

This is also about state’s rights. If you don’t know what that is, look it up in the Constitution. Roe vs. Wade never should have been approved as the ruling goes against the Constitution which enumerates all the duties of the federal govt – whatever is not enumerated is left up to each state to decide and rule on. Since abortion is not mentioned in the Constitution, it is up to each state to decide. In those states that have overwhelmingly a majority of Christians, as well as others, who disapprove of abortion, than that state gets to outlaw it. There will still most likely be states which do make it legal such as California and New York. And many states may well follow Mississippi’s law and make it illegal after 16 weeks when a heartbeat can be detected. There’s really no reason for a woman to get an abortion after 4 months pregnant, as it is riskier and abortion should be done before that anyway just for that reason alone. If a woman was raped, iand especially if she’s about 14 y.o. she can still get an abortion so the choice is still hers and not forced on her.

The Constitution is silent on a lot of things. Abortion is one of them. Not mentioned at all directly or indirectly. The Constitution defines the things that the Federal government can do. All things not specifically delegated to the Federal Government are delegated to the states and localities. This was done on purpose. The States CREATED the Federal Government to do certain thing but wanted to keep other things in the hands of the states. If you want abortion to be regulated by the Federal government there is a way to do so – pass a Constitutional Amendment. If abortion is as popular and well accepted as you think then it should not be too hard to pass. It has been done 27 times. But until that happens Abortion is delegated to the states, the government closer to the people of that region. Some states like CA or NY that love abortions will probably pass laws allowing not just abortion all the way to and including the moment of birth but as Virginia previously proposed for ten days after the infant has been born. Other states will eliminate abortion. Most states will probably allow abortion in the first trimester or until week 12 when the infant is clearly in a human form then restrict or eliminate abortions after that. But the people will make the decisions through their votes and the representatives they elect. That is how democracy operates.

It makes more sense to issue on Friday if they are not going to overturn, in my opinion.

Harrassing the judges, threatening them and their families, planning to murder them, disturbing the peace in their neighborhoods, torching and vandalizing pro-life counseling offices and centers, crashing and interrupting church services, blocking traffic, screaming in the streets, and attacking innocent people just might have worked, huh?

I doubt the threats and harassment will work. As Kavanaugh should have learned during his confirmation hearing, his opponents are cruel, lying, scum who will say or do anything to win and if you give them an inch they will take a mile. If the Supremes back down on this then they will put their lives in danger on every decision that the left dislikes. Bad strategy. Far better to act with courage, undeterred, do what they thing are the right thing. If Roberts has any sense he will2 vote FOR the Alito opinion now to further cement the fact that the Supreme Court is not in the business of being intimidated. Doing so would enable him to retrieve his reputation and do the classiest thing possible for a Chief Justice – stand up for the independence and integrity of the court, not kneel down in a craven manner.

If the communist riot to destroy public and private property and endanger other people’s lives then give fair warning they will be shot. If it comes to that, shoot to kill and consider it a public late term abortion of unwanted persons that are violent and dangerous to the public at large. Giving them a taste of what they want to give the most innocent lives among us.

Why aren’t these anti-life criminals arrested? It is a FELONY to threaten, harass and intimidate a judge to get an outcome you like. Had “Jane’s Revenge” been a Conservative group, they would have been arrested, tried, convicted and sentenced for life UNDER the prison with no chance for parole. But because it advances the Leftist agenda, even though ILLEGAL, that makes it okay.

Because of the threats If I was a Supreme Court judge I would definitely make sure Roe V Wade is over turned. I would also warn that I would touch other sensitive areas and over turn them too. It time we stop cowering to the left and fight. I will be celebrating. Just because you don’t get your way to murder unborn babies you act like a baby. How many pro choice people have complained that they were not aborted. IF they are still upset they were NOT aborted they can still do something about it. Go ahead and riot. Just remember the Supreme Court has made it your constitutional right to bear arms.
