Two ATF agents and a state trooper recently showed up at the home of a man in Delaware, seemingly without a warrant and in tactical gear, asking to see his legally-purchased guns and log the serial numbers. Their request was caught on tape by a front door camera and posted online anonymously.

The article did not indicate whether or not the man showed his guns, if he had any. Today’s reporting appears to be far to anxious to focus on the sensational aspects of a story. The “who, what, where, when, and how” is no longer in the first paragraph, and sometimes never included. Often the body of the article never gets to the point of the headline. Too often grammar is a forgotten art.
Forgive me – but I have gotten to point in life at which I find it difficult to believe much I read – even conservative-leaning articles.
