Joe Biden is technically still occupying the White House for 35 more days until Jan. 20. He’s supposedly “in charge.”
But it already seems like President-elect Donald Trump has taken the reins with his actions.
In a press conference on Monday, Trump took a variety of questions and laid out aspects of the coming “golden age” he said he would be ringing in with his policies. He already announced what sounds like a terrific deal with SoftBank to have more investment in this country that would reportedly create thousands of new jobs for Americans.
Unlike Biden, who can’t handle press conferences, during this presser, what you finally saw was someone in command again.
Here was Trump, solid and in control. Asked a silly question by a reporter, he saw the inherent problem or trap in the question and wasn’t afraid to call the reporter out on the question when the reporter asked if he was going to do preemptive strikes on Iran. […]
Trump puts a reporter in his place: "Is that a serious question??"
