An attempted child abduction in Beverly Hills, Cali., on Saturday ended with the suspect being fatally stabbed after allegedly trying to snatch a two-year-old from her father’s arms.
Footage circulating on social media shows the aftermath of the foiled kidnapping attempt, with officers cuffing a suspect on the ground who had a big gash on his face.

A Good Samaritan who intervened described witnessing the event unfold at an intersection as the assailant attacked the father, who fought back as he was carrying his daughter through a crosswalk.
“We realized we needed to do something,” the witness, identified only as “Brian,” described.
