During a pre recorded interview, Kamala Harris once again failed to deliver any substantive outline of her policies, primarily attacking Donald Trump’s outlook and his first term in office. At one point when speaking about the economy, Harris appeared to suggest, in stark contrast to Trump, that the American Dream is dead and buried.
MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle asked Harris why so many Americans “don’t see themselves in your plans,” to which Harris responded with a word salad about “the spirit and character of the American people,” before blathering on about her childhood.
Stephanie Ruhle: "There are lots of Americans who don't see themselves in your plans… What do you say to them?"
Kamala: "Well if you are… hard working… if you… have… uh… the dreams and the ambitions and the aspirations of what I believe you do, you're in my plan." pic.twitter.com/FVrcBWe48I

Harris said “my mother raised my sister and me. She worked hard. She saved up. By the time I was a teenager, she was able to buy our first home. And homeownership for too many people in our country now is elusive. You know, gone is the day of everyone thinking they could actually live the American dream.”

Gee, who do you think has been in power for the last 3.5 years and is responsible for this? pic.twitter.com/8LnXUIN6cz

Come again?
“So part of my vision for the economy is, let’s deal with some of the everyday challenges that people face and address them with common sense solutions, such as affordable housing,” Harris further stated.
Again, nothing specific and an empty declaration that the people’s belief in the American Dream is gone. […]

What Would You Do If Pharmacies Couldn’t Provide You With Crucial Medications or Antibiotics?
The medication supply chain from China and India is more fragile than ever since Covid. The US is not equipped to handle our pharmaceutical needs. We’ve already seen shortages with antibiotics and other medications in recent months and pharmaceutical challenges are becoming more frequent today.
Our partners at Jase Medical offer a simple solution for Americans to be prepared in case things go south. Their “Jase Case” gives Americans emergency antibiotics they can store away while their “Jase Daily” offers a wide array of prescription drugs to treat the ailments most common to Americans.
They do this through a process that embraces medical freedom. Their secure online form allows board-certified physicians to prescribe the needed drugs. They are then delivered directly to the customer from their pharmacy network. The physicians are available to answer treatment related questions.
The irony, considering most of her marxist base is against property rights and ownership altogether.
Of the cost in building a house, a good 90% of it, if not more, goes toward taxes and regulations. A good 90% of the building codes are ridiculous. Companies and industry leaders sit on those boards, and use those codes and regulations to eliminate the competition. Unions are in on it.
Any builder or tradesman will tell you. Take electrical codes for example. If you cut a piece of conduit, you can only use the piece of conduit you cut, and the rest must be thrown away. You’ve got to buy just about everything brand new. Buy a ten foot piece of conduit, and cut one foot off of it, you have to throw away nine feet of brand new, perfectly good conduit. Why? Another is running wire. The code changed in recent years that you must run a neutral to every box. Which means you’ve got to run more wire, jump through all sorts of hoops, to run a neutral to a simple two-way switch. Why? Well, in case the electricians at some point in the future might want to pull off of that box.
Many things that should rightfully be the decision of the homeowner, that have nothing whatsoever to do with safety, building integrity, or anything of the sort.
They will nitpick you to no end …
And if you build on our own property without putting up with their nitpicking, the government can demolish the building.
In most areas of the country now, I believe it is costing around 3 to 4 hundred a square foot to build. And prices of existent homes are going to be relative to that.
Tax and regulation happy democrats saying they’ll reduce the cost of home ownership. SMH, anybody who buys that bulldung is a complete and total idiot.
You’ve got people now who are doing the barndominium thing, homesteading, anything and everything they can do to try to get around the democrats’ regulatory nightmares, to be able to start small without having to borrow half a million dollars, and be a debt slave for the rest of their lives. Why do you think big banks support democrats? Lawyers? Accountants? … job security and big money, that’s why.
