J.K. Rowling roasted “Queer Eye” star Jonathan Van Ness for pushing transgender ideology and said he’s just as culpable as doctors who perform transgender surgeries on minors.
In a post on X on Monday, the famed “Harry Potter” author reacted to a clip of Van Ness pushing “transgender surgeries” and puberty blockers for minors, which he claimed were “safe” and “reversible.”
“Yet another grown man [Van Ness] advocates for medical interventions on minors that are irreversible, may be deeply regretted and carry a high chance of serious complications,” Rowling wrote to her millions of followers.
“[In my opinion] IMO, celebrity gender propagandists like Van Ness are as culpable as the doctors who’ve traded ethics for profit,” she added. “… At this point, nobody can plead ignorance. Either they know and don’t care, or they’re determined not to look at the evidence, which is just as deplorable.”

Rowling also blasted “straight celebrities” who she said “have rushed to get on the gender band wagon and continue to parrot the same ‘reversible’ lie as Van Ness. Meanwhile, much of the pushback against the medicalization of gender non-conforming kids is coming from gay people.” […]
