Alabama residents were shocked this past weekend after a high school football player died following an on-field injury.
According to Fox News, Morgan Academy junior quarterback Caden Tellier sustained a serious head injury while playing in a game on Friday against Southern Academy.
“Caden loved the Lord with all his heart”
The network explained that while Tellier was airlifted to University of Alabama Birmingham Hospital, he ultimately passed away on Saturday evening.
