A designated terror group that has vowed to “defeat” America will be holding its annual Islamic supremacy conference in Mississauga, Ontario, on January 18. The theme of the conference, hosted by Hizb ut-Tahrir, is “eliminating the obstacles that are delaying the return” of the global Islamic caliphate, the Western Standard first reported.
Hizb ut-Tahrir, which translates to “Party of Liberation,” posted about its Khalifah (Caliphate) Conference on Facebook, writing, “Is America really so powerful that our Ummah (community) can’t defeat it?”
“There have been superpower states in the past too, like the Romans and the Persians; yet, they were defeated by the Ummah. Their great cities, like Constantinople, are now Muslim cities,” the group continued. “What steps do we need to take to become victorious against today’s Colononialist superpowers? Learn what it will take for our Ummah to overcome America, Europe, Russia, China and others from the position we’re in today. If you want to help create real change in our Ummah, then get this critical knowledge by attending, inshallah.”
The controversial Hizb ut-Tahrir group, which operated under Sharia Law, has a goal of creating a global Muslim world. The group has been designated a terrorist entity in the United Kingdom, Germany, Egypt, India, China, Indonesia, Russia, Turkey, Bangladesh, and several Central Asian and Arab countries.
