Michigan’s anti-Trump Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer has apparently had a change of tune following the historic 2024 election.
Whitmer is now signaling a willingness to work with President Donald Trump, Fox News reported.
In a stunning turnaround, the Michigan Democrat, who served on the 2024 presidential election campaigns of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, said she hopes to “find some common ground” with Trump.
Whitmer made these remarks while speaking with CNN during a Democrat governors’ meeting in Los Angeles this week.
