An ATV rider has been charged with attempted murder after he allegedly crashed into a man on purpose during an altercation at a gas station in California, according to reports.
Weeks ago, authorities finally tracked down a suspect they believe “tried to kill” Ariel Cruz, 30, back on February 11.
Shortly after the Super Bowl ended that night, Cruz left his apartment to buy beer at a Gulf station in San Francisco.
While walking to the shop, he encountered a group of men on dirt bikes and ATVs, one of whom reportedly punched him in the face for unspecified reasons.
Footage of an ensuing showdown involving Cruz, two San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) officers, and multiple hooligans, has been circulating on social media.
